Romo Parker Set For Returns

by Fantasy News

It appears that Dallas Cowboys QB Tony Romo will be starting this coming weekend against the Washington Redskins.  Romo has missed the last 4 games with a broken finger and the Boy’z are coming off their bye week.  After struggling with him at QB and even moreso without him.  The Cowboys will look to get back on track in the tough NFC East that only a short two months ago was a lock for a Cowboys win.

Over in Pittsburgh it appears that the on again off again injury bug for Steeler RB Willie Parker is on again.  Parker is said to be slated to start this coming weekend when Pitt takes on the Chargers.  The Chargers have had problems stopping solid running games.  In his absence Mewelde Moore has played well and will once again resume the responsibility of giving Parker rests.  While this week should be an even split a healthy Parker will definately cut into the carries of Moore.

In New England, the defense took a huge blow today when it was announced that LB Adalius Thomas will miss the rest of the season with a broken arm that requires surgery.  The Patriots have already lost Tom Brady, Lawrence Maroney, and Rodney Harrison for the season…they still remain tied for the AFC East lead.
