11. Buffalo Bills: Everette Browne, DE/LB Florida State- 20 sacks the last two years is just the pressure that the Bills need up front. Brown most likely fits in at outside linebacker. The Bills only had 24 sacks on the 2009 season.
12. Denver Broncos: B.J. Raji, DT Boston College- Raji adds to a weak line that hasn’t been the same since the super bowl runs of the late ninetys. As the front line moves to 3-4, and continues to form, Raji is the type of player that can easily to adjust to type of play.
13. Washington Redskins: Andre Smith, OT Alabama- Dan Snyder and company were originally thinking defensive end or tackle with this pick, but Andre Smith is a type of player that is a game changer up front. The only issue could be a money (or not).
14. New Orleans: Vontae Davis, CB Illinois- Davis is probably the best shutdown corner in the league. The brother of Vernon Davis had 78 tackles at the corner position, while intercepting seven passes. He has the perfect combination of size and playmaking ability.
15. Houston: Brian Cushing, LB USC- Not the sexiest pick at this position in the draft, but Cushing provides Houston depth. Cushing can play defensive end, but will most likely fill in at linebacker.
16. San Diego: Tyson Jackson, DE LSU- San Diego will have the boo-birds out on draft day. With Knowshon Moreno and Chris Wells still on the board, this will be a tough decision, but up front is where the Chargers need the most help.
17. New York Jets: Hakeem Nicks, WR UNC- The Jets add possibly the best route runner in the draft. The wide reciever corps is really weak, and Stafford/Sanchez are off the board. Josh Freeman is a possibility, but unlikely.
18. Chicago Bears: Micheal Oher, OT Mississippi- Oher will replace retired John Tait up front and help continue a seasonal running game led by youngster Matt Forte. I wouldn’t be surprised to see the Bears trade this pick as well to get out of the first round.
19. Tampa Bay Buccaneers: James Laurinitus, LB Ohio State- Laurinitus brings the up the middle mentality Tampa needs after losing Cato June and Derrick Brooks. A wide reciever could be tempting at this point.
20. Detroit Lions: Knowshon Moreno, RB Georgia- This is a wild pick for the Lions at no. 20, but nobody knows what their plans really are. Martin Meyhew and co. have kept quiet. Ideally a linebacker or Defensive tackle would be nice, but every team in the league needs a 1-2 running back punch. With Kevin Smith this is a good fit. Up front the Lions have also signed Grady Jackson, who will have an instant impact.
21. Philadelphia Eagles: Eben Britton, OT Arizona- Seeing their number one running back off the board, the Eagles will probably take the best offensive lineman available. At this point it is Britton. The Eagles are one of the best at scouting offensive line talent, so they will take who they feel fits best in their system.
