The injury news from the rest of the week is on our injury update page, but here’s the latest info we’ve learned today as we get ready for kickoff:
Adrian Peterson-Vikings-RB-Is inactive and will not play against the Lions. Toby Gerhart is in line for another heavy workload.
Kevin Smith-Lions-RB: will not play Sunday.
Jeremy Maclin-Eagles-WR: is active and expected to start and play against the Dolphins.
Wes Welker-Patriots-WR: Active and starting against Washington.
Josh Freeman-Bucs-QB: Active and expected to start.
Nate Washington-Titans-WR: Active despite not practicing this week. He’s a long-shot WR3, but he will play.
Andre Johnson-Texans-WR: Out as expected and inactive.
Joe McKnight-Jets-RB:Inactive for the Jets.
Christian Ponder-Vikings-QB: Reportedly looked bad moving around on his injured hip in warmups but is active and starting against the Lions.
Dallas Clark-Colts-TE: Active and starting
