Injury Update-Fantasy Football Week 15-Thursday

Editor’s Note: This information is from Thursday night. Check out our Friday update for the latest.

As we enjoy Thursday Night Football, there’s lineup decisions needing to be made. If you need some between-play reading, check out the first half of our NFL Week 15 preview. Also, here’s the latest on injured players coming out of today’s practices to help you get your best team on the field.

Adrian Peterson-Vikings-RB: limited again in practice, but should be ready to roll on Sunday as the Vikes host the Saints.

Wes Welker-Patriots-WR: limited in practice as usual mid-week, but definitely a WR1 as the Pats travel to Denver.

Andre Johnson-Texans-WR: No practice still, so it would be a surprise at this point if he plays on Sunday.

Michael Vick-Eagles-QB: Full practice and will be ready for Sunday.

Jeremy Maclin-Eagles-WR: Practiced and promised to play Sunday.

Ben Roethlisberger-Steelers-QB: No practice for Big Ben yet, but stay tuned you can’t count this guy out.

Frank Gore-49ers-RB: Gore had a full practice today and he should be good to go for Monday, but it’s a tough matchup v Pittsburgh’s D.

Beanie Wells-Cardinals-RB: limited but fully expected to play Sunday against the Browns and is a definite RB1.

Kevin Smith-Lions-RB: Returned to limited practice and is expected to be ready to go against the Raiders making him a nice RB2 if he can stay in the whole game.

Kyle Orton-Chiefs-QB: Orton will “probably” start after another limited practice today.

Nate Washington-Titans-WR: Washington hasn’t practiced yet, but he expects to Friday and to play on Sunday against the Colts.

Matt Moore-Dolphins-QB: Returned to practice and has a nice matchup against the Bills on Sunday.

Matt Hasselbeck-Titans-QB: Returned to limited practice and looks ready to roll on Sunday.

Jake Locker-Titans-QB: Returned to full practice but won’t play if Hasselbeck is ready for Sunday.

Mark Ingram-Saints-RB: still no practice and looking less likely to play Sunday against the Vikings.

Sam Bradford-Rams-QB: still no practice so it looks like Kellen Clemens will roll Sunday against the Bengals making the Cincinnati Defense a nice play.

Colt McCoy-Browns-QB: sent home again from practice so expect Seneca Wallace to get the call in Arizona on Sunday

James Starks-Packers-RB: No practice for him. Looks like the Ryan Grant show on Sunday in KC.

Laurent Robinson-Cowboys-WR: limited in practice again, but should go Saturday night against the Bucs.

Deion Branch-Patriots-WR: limited in practice again, but practiced 2 days in a row so should be good to go against the Broncs this weekend.

Denarius Moore-Raiders-WR: practiced again and should make a decent play on Sunday.

Chaz Schilens-Raiders-WR: practiced again and should play, but you shouldn’t play him.

Jacoby Ford-Raiders-WR: no practice for Ford.

Montario Hardesty-Brows-RB: Hardesty was downgraded to limited after a full practice yesterday which is never a good sign for a player. It does help Peyton Hillis‘s value though since he’s been in practice fully all week.

Kevin Kolb-Cardinals-QB: Limited again due to his concussion. The local writers are saying to expect John Skelton to start.

Kevin Walter-Texans-WR: limited in practice again, but expected to play for the Texans. Avoid if possible, but if you need him he should be G2G.

Emmanuel Sanders-Steelers-WR: Sanders missed practice again so expect Hines Ward and Jericho Cotchery to split 3 WR responsibilities against the Niners although neither makes a good start.
