Sunday’s spotlight wasn’t all on Pebble Beach as the NBA had some riveting basketball for its fans to close out week 7 in most standard leagues. In the 6 games, the biggest headline was probably Rajon Rondo’s working over of the Derrick Rose-less Chicago Bulls or maybe Kobe’s late heroics north of the border. In other action, the Heat rolled the Hawks, and the Wizards won big in a rare victory on the road in Detroit.
As we head into a new week, check out some of our top adds and the injury ward as you get your lineups set. To get caught up on last night’s action here’s 5 lists of 5 to start your day.

1. Rajon Rondo-Bos: Rondo had the stat line of the night and easily earned our MVP-for-a-day with his 32 point, 10 rebound, 15 assist triple-double. He needed every one of them too, since Chicago closed late to within a possession before Rondo got his 10th rebound and hit FT to seal the win for the Celtics as the moved to 15-12.
2. Monta Ellis-GS: Ellis exploded for 33 points on 13-23 from the field while also adding a team-high 7 assists to go with 4 rebounds, 2 steals, and a block. The Warriors defeated the Houston Rockets in Oakland 106-97 as they moved to 10-14 on the year and 7-8 at home.

3. Carlos Boozer-Chi: Boozer had 22 points, 7 boards, and a steal as the Bulls played well on the road in Boston without Derrick Rose but still slid to 23-7.
4. Kevin Garnett-Bos: KG had 4 blocks against Chicago to go with 3 assists 12 rebounds and 13 points.
5. Greg Monroe-Det: Monroe continues to be the lone bright spot for the Pistons this year offensively. He had 27 points last night to go with 6 boards, 3 assists, a steal, and a block. Detroit’s home loss to Washington drops their record to 8-21.
5 Backcourt Ballers
1. Kobe Bryant-LAL: Bryant finished with 27 points including the game-winning jumper while hitting 9-23 from the field with 3 3′s, 2 rebounds, 2 steals, and an assist.
2. Kevin Martin-Hou: Martin scored 28 points as he rebounded from a few miserable games by hitting 5 three’s and 7-16 overall with 6 boards, 2 assists, a steal, and a block. If someone in your league dropped him, jump on him quickly.
3. Nick Young-Was: Young scored 22 points to match McGee for the team lead while adding 3 boards and an assist for the Wizards.
4. John Wall-Was: Wall had just 9 points but an exceptional 15 assists to go with 2 steals, 2 blocks, and 5 rebounds as he led the Wizards in a 20-point win over the Pistons in Detroit to get to 6-22 on the year.

5 disappointments
1. DeMar DeRozan-Tor: DeRozan made 2-13 from the field while scoring just 8 points and missing a shot to win the game at the buzzer. He did have 7 assists, 2 steals, and 2 rebounds, but his up-and-down efforts continue.

1. Gordon Hayward-Uta: In 35 minutes, Hayward shot 8-12 from the field and 2-3 from downtown as he finished with a team-high 23 points to go with 5 assists, 2 steals, and a rebound. Hayward’s still available in over 50% of leagues. In February he’s averaging 14 points and 3.5 assists.
2. C.J. Watson-Chi: Watson started in place of Derrick Rose and tied for the team high with 22 points while also adding 6 assists, and 2 boards. He’s owned in 4.2 percent of leagues and as long as Rose is iffy, Watson has value. If Rose is out longer-term, Watson becomes one of the hottest adds in the league.
3. JaJuan Johnson-Bos: With Brandon Bass out for the next couple of weeks, Johnson has a window of opportunity. Jermaine O’Neal is banged up as well and Chris Wilcox struggled with foul trouble last night. In all, Johnson ended up playing an astounding 33 minutes. He played well in his time on the floor with 12 points, 4 boards, an assist, a block, and 2 steals. He’s virtually unowned (0.1%) and could have value over the next 10 days.
4. Willie Green-Atl: Willie Green was the only shooter who could score against Miami as he shot 7-12 while his team was sub-40%. He scored a team-high 17 points while knocking down 3 three’s, grabbing 3 boards, dishing 3 assists, and collecting 3 personal fouls. He’s owned in less than 3 percent of leagues (0.0 actually), but if you need him for shooting percentage and scoring in deep leagues he may be useful going forward depending on his role.
5. Linus Kleiza-Tor: Kleiza played 27 minutes off the bench for Toronto while scoring 15 points and shooting well (6-11) while adding 4 rebounds, 3 assists, and a steal. He runs hot and cold but is averagins 16.6 points over the last 5 games with 2 three’s a game. He’s available in 75 percent of leagues and can help your team in 3′s and possibly points if you need him in his Tue/Wed back to back.
