Streak for the Cash Picks-March 12

On this March Monday, madness will continue to grip the Streak for the Cash board. There’s no college hoops today as we take a day to digest our brackets and use whatever “secret method” to make our picks. There are some streak picks to make as well today. If you’re month has gone anything like mine, you need some green. Here’s where I’m hunting for a nice streak to take into my tournament:

11:00-Spartak Moscow win or draw: Don’t know a lot about Russian Premier League but Spartak has lost just 1 out of their last 18 matches in the RPL, so they’re a solid early pick if you’re red or only 1 or 2 green.

8:05-Derrick Rose more points in the first half: For all he brings to the table, Jeremy Lin gives up points and there really isn’t anyone who can guard Rose for the Knicks. ‘Melo has been struggling and will have to contend with a tougher Bulls D. It’s just a 1-half prop so it could go either way, but I think D-Rose has this one.

10:40-Blake Griffin to score 10 or more in the first half: Boston is thin up front right now and got beat up by Bynum and Gasol yesterday. I think Boston will make the game close, but I think Griffin will tear the C’s up down low especially early. I think he reaches 10, but again in a 1-half prop it can always go either way.

I do think these 3 picks are solid and should have us moving forward in the green!
