It’s a full Friday of Streak for the Cash goodness. The board is filled with matchups from golf, soccer, and tennis as well as the usual steady diet of Major League Baseball. There’s some pretty solid picks available so find the ones you like to get you the green you’re looking for.

Yesterday, my Streak picks bounced back from a rough Wednesday with a 6-0 day. I was in the vast minority on the tennis pick but got that one along with the Pirates and Rays which I was pretty confident in. My personal streak is up to four and I’m looking to build on it with these picks today:

Picks for 8/17

July 22, 2012; St. Annes, ENGLAND; Brandt Snedeker lines up his putt on the 4th hole during the final round of the 2012 British Open Championship at Royal Lytham

7:40-Brandt Snedeker or tie: In nine-hole golf props I take the player getting the draw as often as possible. Snedeker shot a -1 on the back 9 in round one while Dufner was at even par. Dufner has been hot coming into this even with seven top 10s in his 18 tournaments this year, but Snedeker has a win of his own earlier this season at the Northern Trust Open and four top 10s including a t3 in the British Open. Both are good solid golfers, so I’ll go with the tie and Sneds for the green. Confidence Meter: 3 (out of 10)

12:30- Aalborg win or draw: These two teams are both mid-table teams from the Danish Superliga. Aalborg is at home and getting the draw despite dominating the recent head-to-head between the two teams with only one loss to FC Midtjylland. Aalborg is led by young striker Niklaus Helenius who will look to exploit the struggling Midtjylland defense and get his team the win. I’d take Aalborg head-to-head so getting the draw is a nice bonus. Confidence Meter: 6

7:10- 21 games or moew: #10 ranked Mardy Fish takes on #1 Roger Federer in the Quarter-finals of the Western & Southern Financial Group Open. Basically, the pick is if Fish can take a set or not. In their previous eight matchups Fish is 1-7 but he’s taken a set from Fed the last three times they’ve met. Fish’s serve has been on so far in the tournament and both men enter this matchup without dropping a set. It looks to be a good three-set match to me. Confidence Meter: 3

August 14, 2012; St. Louis, MO. USA; St. Louis Cardinals starting pitcher Jake Westbrook (35) jokes around with starting pitcher Adam Wainwright (50) before a game against the Arizona Diamondbacks at Busch Stadium. The Cardinals won 8-2. Mandatory Credit: Jeff Curry-US PRESSWIRE

8:15 - St. Louis Cardinals: The Pirates have dropped six of their last eight and James McDonald has struggled allowing five or more runs in four of his last five starts. Across the diamond, the Cardinals have won four of their last seven and are 10-3 in their last 13 home games. They’ll send Jake Westbrook to the mound who has dominated the Pirates in three starts with a 1.66 ERA. Westbrook is 12-8 and can usually be counted on for a solid start which should be enough to get the Cards a W over McDonald and the Bucs. Confidence Meter: 7

10:05- LA Angels: In an awesome pitching matchup Jered Weaver will duel with James Shields in Anaheim. Shields has been good lately, but as I said in my Tampa pick yesterday, the Angels lineup is better than the Rays. When you couple that fact with Weaver’s home dominance the Angels are the easy pick here. Weaver is 8-1 in 10 starts at Angel Stadium with a .148 batting average against and a 1.23 ERA. Weaver is always a good pick in Streak. Confidence Meter: 8
