As long as you didn’t ask Vernon Davis (85) to dunk the football, he had a very successful Sunday. Does our staff see a repeat performance on Sunday Night Football coming? Jeff Hanisch-US PRESSWIRE
Tight Ends were again the focus of many teams passing attacks from Dennis Pitta and Clay Harbor to Jimmy Graham and Rob Gronkowski there were 14 tight ends that found the end zone in week one. For the rest of this season there is no excuse for getting no production from your tight end since it’s such a deep position.
Here’s our composite top 10 for this week. My picks (ZT) are averaged with Matthew Tuckness (MT), Matthew Bonini (MB), Steve Copps (SC), and Jeffrey Littrell (JL). The rankings are averaged together to come up with a solid composite ranking which should give you an idea of what defense will step up this week. NR stands for not rated and counts as a fifteenth ranking in the composite.
