Antonio Gates (85) hurt his owners with a surprise inactive, but don’t hold a grudge. Get him back in and ready for Sunday against Atlanta. Kelley L Cox-US PRESSWIRE
Antonio Gates and Aaron Hernandez combined for zero targets on Sunday with Gates missing the game and Hernandez injured early. There are a number of Tight End’s emerging as fantasy options even as others go down injured. Dennis Pitta, Brent Celek, and Martellus Bennett are all solid options going forward so don’t worry too much if you lost Hernandez. There’s plenty of good options on the wire and at least you know he’ll be out unlike Gates owners headed into last week’s games.
Check out who you should start this week in our ranking below.
As usual, our weekly rankings are a collaborative effort. My selections are in the ZT column and Steve Copps (SC) and Jeffrey Littrell (JL) joined me for this week’s rankings. Our three rankings are averaged into the composite score which is used for the ranking. The higher the rank the better the start.
