Heading into the fourth week of the regular season, some clear top defenses have emerged. However, defense in fantasy football continues to be a matchup play as evidenced by the Ravens as our top team as they host the Browns on Thursday Night Football.
The Texans, Niners, Falcons, and Seahawks all have looked great on defense this year and also find themselves in favorable matchups. If you’re looking for a more “off the radar” pickup, check the Redskins who would have been ranked 12th in our rankings extended that far.
Here’s our rankings for this week of the top 10 fantasy defenses for the week. A special thanks to Steve Copps (SC) Jeffrey Littrell (JL), and Matthew Tuckness for joining me (ZT) in these rankings. The higher the rank the better the start so start the Texans hosting the Titans over the Cardinals hosting the Dolphins. NR stands for not ranked which counts as a 15 for averaging purposes.
