Tight End Fantasy Football Rankings for NFL Week 5

Rob Gronkowski leads our rankings after a big bounce back in week 4. Photo: Timothy T. Ludwig-US PRESSWIRE

Gronk was back in a big way last week enjoying another trip to Buffalo and giving his fantasy owners plenty to cheer about. He’s a unanimous #1 this week as the Pats home the Broncos, but other than that our panel was decidedly split determining who else would have big weeks this week. Every one of us had a slightly different take on things with only five tight ends appearing in each one of our top tens. There’s plenty of depth and value at the tight end position, so choose wisely as you head into the middle of the season and avoid bye-week pitfalls.

Remember, the Steelers and Colts are back after a bye week last week while the Raiders, Cowboys, Lions, and Buccaneers will take this week off. Thanks again to Jeffrey Littrell (JL) and Matthew Tuckness (MT) for joining me (ZT) in these composite rankings. As usual, NR stands for not ranked and counts as 15 for averaging purposes.
