Hope the Turkey-induced coma has worn off enough for you to be back to picking in Streak for the Cash on this sports-packed Friday. Yesterday I wasn’t able to get my picks posted since our site was down and I was scrambling to get our fantasy positional rankings up. I’ll be back today for the post-Thanksgiving feast on the picks on the board from college football, college basketball, and the NBA. Enjoy the weekend spread and make sure you finde plenty of green!

Streak Picks 11/23

11:02- Kent State wins by Double Digits: Kent States is ranked 24 and is looking to complete its MAC season undefeated in conference play. Last week they won by only seven on the road at Bowling Green but has won the previous six games by double digits. Ohio meanwhile is trending the other direction having lost three of their last four and their last two by double-digits. On top of all that, the game is at Kent State and Ohio’s run defense hasn’t been good which should mean a big day for Dri Archer. Confidence Meter: (out of 10)

2:35- Pittsburgh by double-digits: In this NIT Season Tip-off Consolation Final the Panthers take on the Delaware Blue Hens. Delaware is 2-2 having lost by 7 at Lasalle and by 2 to Kansas State. The reason I like this pick, though, is more about Pitt who only lost to Michigan by 5 and opened with four straight wins prior to that all by double-digits. Confidence Meter: 6

3:00- Utah wins by 20+: Colorado is just that bad this year. They’ve lost there last seven in a row all by more than 20. They played their last close game in their lone win on the season a 35-34 win at Washington State. The bad news for Buffs fans is that Utah crushed Wazzu 49-6 three weeks ago. Utah may have diffculty covering, but I think they’ll get it done because Colorado really is that bad. Confidence Meter: 5

3:35- West Virginia: WVU opened the season 5-0 then have dropped the last five to even their record at 5-5. Last week though they played Tavon Austin at running back and he looked excellent although they lost to Oklahoma 50-49. Geno Smith and the Mountaineers have to get back on the winning side so they can get bowl eligible. Iowa State is already headed to a bowl but is trying to improve their positioning. Confidence Meter: 6

4:30- Michigan: Michigan isn’t the slam dunk pick here some people think they are based on the 98% of streakers going this way, but I do think they’re the right pick. K-State is undefeated and will look to pull off the upset at Madison Square Garden in the NIT Season Tipoff Final. Michigan relies on it’s three-point shooting which is absolutely deadly when it’s on and it has been so far this season. They could go cold and give the Wildcats a chance, but I don’t think that’s the most likely scenerio. Confidence Meter: 5 1/2

7:05- South Florida points scored: USF has a dismal record (3-7, 1-4 Big East) but have only been blown out twice. Once against then #4-Florida State and last week at Miami. Cincinnati is the better team but I don’t think they’ll be doubling-up on the Bulls coming off a hard-fought 10-3 loss to Rutgers last week. Confidence Meter: 7

7:30- Toronto Raptors: The Raps have Kyle Lowry back and he’s back in the starting lineup now as well. Both Toronto and Detroit are off to rough starts, but I think the Toronto has the better scoring options with lory and Andrea Bargnani. In the last week both teams have faced a common opponent with the Raptors beating the Magic by 11 while Detroit lost both games of a home-and-home against Orlando including getting blown out by 16 their last time out. Confidence Meter: 5

8:00- San Antonio Spurs: The Spurs beat the Celtics on Wednesday to move to 9-3. While Indiana has been playing better including wins in their last two games, they don’t have the fire-power or the experience to take down San Antonio. The Spurs are 4-point favorites on the road, but in Streak it’s a straight up pick. Confidence Meter: 6

10:05- Arizona Wildcats: In the Territorial Cup, new Arizona Head Coach Rich Rodriguez will face off with new Arizona State Head Coach Todd Graham. Ka’Deem Carey of the Wildcats is the key leading the FBS in rushing yards averaging 144 per game. If the ‘Cats can rely on him and keep the Sun Devils offense on the sidelines, they should be able to control tempo and get the win. Arizona State will look to shut Carey down with their own star Will Sutton who is one of the nation’s top defensive lineman. ASU’s defense allowed 250 rushing yards per game during their recent four game losing streak, but the Devils bounced back and got the win at home last week against Washington State. Arizona has won four of its last five including three home games against Washington, USC, and Colorado. They’ve only lost at Arizona Stadium one time this year to then-#18 Oregon State. Confidence Meter: 7

10:05- Creighton: Mid-Major Creighton looks to knock off Wisconsin in the Las Vegas Invitational. the Blue Jays can straight-up shoot and have yet to be challenged winning by 20, 17, 29, and 48 in their four opening games all at home. This time out they’ll face the Badgers who lost they’re only game against a ranked opponent by 18 when they traveled to Florida. Right now the game is a pick ‘em game according to most Vegas oddsmakers. Confidence Meter: 5
