Fantasy Golf Group Invitation and Hyundai Tournament Picks

The PGA Tour gets its 2013 season underway at Kapaluain beautiful Hawaii this week, and Fantasy CPR’s group and weekly picks will be fired up and ready to roll for the season. We’ll again be playing the official PGA gam on Yahoo! Sports. You can access our group  with the Group ID #7694. The group name is Fantasy CPR with the simple password of “cpr”

Anyone can join our group and last year we ended up with an ultra-competitive group of about 17 players. Each week it’s fairly simple to make your picks and doesn’t take much time. All golfers are divided into three groups. Your lineup consists of one player from the A Group, two players from the B Group, and one player from the C Group. You also select four players to be on your bench.  You can insert them into your lineup after any round of the tournament but cannot add new players to your team. It’s important to manage who you start when since each team can only play players for 10 tournaments.

Scoring is fairly straight-forward as well with the lowest score of the day getting 20 points for the low score and two points fewer for each stroke behind that score. At the end of the tournament, any roster that has played the winner, second place, and third place golfer receive a 20-point, 10-point, or 5-point bonus respectively.
