As we start another week sure to be stocked with Streak for the Cash goodness, the board for Monday is a little thin. Conference tournaments are later in the week for most major conferences, so with a shortage of college ball we get a solid variety and some interesting props for this Monday’s picks. My guess is that we may have some lake-comers to the picking party so follow us on twitter @FantasyCPR for additional picks as they become available. Here’s my rundown of the picks that I’m planning on watching that are currently on the board:

3/11 Streak Picks

9:00- Sibir Novosibirsk: Russian Division 1 is about as unpredictable as they come especially since many think the league is actually fixed. This is a fairly even matchup with Sibir Novosibirsk is getting the draw, and I’ll take them to get at least a draw since Ufa has four draws in its last five league matches and Sibir has earned at least a draw in their last three. Ufa has won two out of their last five home matches, but Sibir has only lost one of their last five road games outright. Stay away from this pick unless you’re in the red or need a pick to live throuth the morning. Confidence Meter: 1 1/2

11:30- Dynamo Moscow: Dynamo Moscow has been a solid home team this season and are -182 favorites to win as they host game three of their playoff sereis against CSKA Moscow in the KHL. The two teams split the first two games so Dynamo has wrested home ice advantage from CSKA. CSKA was a good road team, but I Dynamo should be able to take the pivotal game three especially since they’ve dominated the recent series. Confidence Meter: 5

3:30- Granada win or Draw: Granada are slightly favored (-133) getting the tie although they’ve lost their last three La Liga games as they head to Real Zaragoza as the two teams attempt to stay about the relegation zone. Zaragoza is just 3-1-7 at home while Granada is 4-1-8 on the road in league action. Granada had won tho in a row before their most recent slide. Zaragoza hasn’t won a league match at home outright since November 10 a stretch of six matches. Confidence Meter: 4

3:45- 19 games or more:  In this tennis games played prop, the over/under is set at 18.5 as Rafael Nadal takes on Leaonardo Mayer. Rafa and Nadal have played twice in the last calendar year with Rafa winning in straight sets, once in 16 and once in 19 games. Rafa cruised to the win in Acapulco, but that tournament was on his favorite surface clay while this match in on hard court. Nadal will most likely win in straight sets, but I think Mayer will push him to 6-4 in at least one of those two sets. Confidence Meter: 4

7:05- Brooklyn Nets: The Nets hit Phily as they face the Sixers tonight in a game they’re favored to win by six. This is the safest pick of the day and it’s very unusual to get a six-point spread as a straight up pick. I guess its because of the lack of options, but this appears to be a gift from the Streak PTB’s. Brooklyn has won their last three including a nice road win on Saturday over slumping Atlanta. The Sixers have a streak of their own as they’ve lost five in a row and 12 of their last 13. On top of all that, it’s the Sixers who are on a back-to-back after losing last night in Orlando. The Nets are 16-13 away while the Sixers are 17-16 at home, but I think the Nets will continue their solid play and the 76ers slide tonight in the Wells Fargo Center in Philadelphia. Confidence Meter: 8

7:35- Boston Bruins: In a nice NHL showdown the Bruins skate north of the border to take on the Ottawa Senators in Scotiabank Place. It’s strength against strength as the Bruins put their league-best 8-1-2 road record on the line against Ottawa who is 9-1-2 at home. Home will be a welcome sight for Ottawa as the Sens had lost four in a row before winning Friday at New York. Boston beat Ottawa 2-1 in overtime during that stretch and start a busy five-game week with tonight’s game. I think Boston gets the win, but it should be a good game. Confidence Meter: 3

8:35- San Antonio Spurs: The Spurs don’t have Tony Parker who is out due to injury but are still 2 1/2 point favorites ast hey game on Oklahoma City. The teams have split their first two meetings with the home team winning each previous contest. Just one win separates the two teams atop the Western Conference, and both teams are playing exceptionally well. Don’t put any streak of consequence on it, but I’d take San Antonio at home even without Parker especially snd the Thunder played just last night against Boston. Confidence Meter: 4

9:05- Gonzaga Winning MarginThe Zags are six point favorites and I think they’re a safe bet to cover that as they face Saint Mary’s. The trick is that this prop is against the three-pointers made by the Gaels who are a very good shooting team. Saint Mary’s averages almost eight three-pointers a game but made 12 in one of their earlier matchups with Gonzaga. The Bulldogs were able to win both those games by five at home and 17 on the road. In the WCC tournament, the Zags have held their #1 ranking and rolled past Loyola-Marymount despite a slow start. On the other side of the bracket, San Diego put a scare into Saint Mary’s taking them to overtime before Saint Mary’s won by three. Both teams return to the site of those semi-finals on the neutral court in Vegas. I think Gonzaga wins by 10-15 and covers this margin as well, but watch out for the Gaels since they can rack up three’s in a hurry. Confidence Meter: 6

9:06- Kelly Olynyk: Olynyk averages 17.3 points per game this season and sc0red 31 and 17 in the two meeting between these schools earlier this season. In this prop, he’ll match points with Matthew Dellavedova of Saint Mary’s in a matchup of high-degree-of-difficulty spelling on their last names. Dellavedova averaged 16.2 points but was held to just seven in his last game as he become a facilitator while missing 10 of his 12 shots. The Aussie scored 14 and 22 in the two matchups between the teams earlier in the season. Olynyk has played better lately and has a slightly better past record against Saint Mary’s. Since I think the Zags defense will limit Dellavedova and keep him in his shooting slump while they dominate the game, Olynyk is the better pick in my mind, but strange things can sometimes happen in these point props. Confidence Meter: 4

10:30- 5 Points or More: (subject to change) It really depends on what the first half score is and how the teams choose to play the second half. Since I think Gonzaga wins by 10+, I’ll probably take the five points or more option, but check twitter for updates as the pick approaches. Confidence Meter: 2
