As we roll into the middle of the week in Streak for the Cash, we’ve got a solid mid-week board with options from multiple sports throughout the day and a unique user-submitted prop for the NHL game tonight. Things start at the French Open were Jo-Wilifried Tsonga looks to upset Roger Federer in the Quarterfinals. This afternoon there are options from an International Friendly and the AFC World Cup Qualifier. Soccer continues tonight with CONCACAF qualifying as Mexico travels to Jamaica. That match is joined by a bunch of MLB picks, a pick and two props from the NHL Playoffs, and the Women’s College World Series Finals from Oklahoma City.

Here are the picks I’m watching today:

Streak Picks 6/4

9:30- Roger Federer: Federer has won nine of the 12 head-to-head meetings including both on clay and the last five. It did take five sets earlier this year at the Australian Open, and Tsonga is at home in France where the crows will definitely be behind him. However, I thill think Fed is the pick, but he’s far from a sure thing. Confidence Meter: 4 (out of 10)

1:30- South Korea wins by 2+: South Korea travels to Lebanon where the Lebanese team is 1-1-1 despite being last in the group overall. South Korea is second in the group at 3-1-1, but it’s hard to give the goal. I’ll stay away from this one so early in the month, but if I had to pick I’d go with South Korea on the road by two which is listed as +105 odds online. Confidence Meter: 1 1/2

June 3, 2013; Bronx, NY, USA; Cleveland Indians catcher Carlos Santana (41) hits a ground rule double to third allowing two runners to score during the fifth inning against the Cleveland Indians at Yankee Stadium. Mandatory Credit: Anthony Gruppuso-USA TODAY Sports

7:05- Cleveland Indians: Another tough pick as the Tribe and Scott Kazmir against the Yankees and David Phelps. The Yankees have dominated this head-to-head series lately, but yesterday’s win was just their second in their last nine games. They’ll also need a much better outing than Phelps’ last one when he got just one out while allowing four earned runs. On the other hand, Kazmir has been solid lately with two good outings against the Reds and Red Sox. He allowed a total of three runs in 12 innings in those two outings although he did allow 13 hits. It’s a tricky pick, but I can’t take Phelps after his last stinker. Confidence Meter: 4

7:10- Texas Rangers: The Rangers visit Boston in another difficult pick. The Sox Ryan Dempster pitched for the Rangers last year and really struggled. He had done the same in his last couple starts before righting the ship his last time out against Philadelphia. He’ll be opposed by Justin Grimm who has been solid for Texas and is 5-3 with a 3.93 ERA. Texas just seems to have Boston’s number lately winning 11 of the last 14 head-to-head matchups. Boston took two of three in NYC, but Dempster’s struggles coupled with the Rangers recent dominance make the Rangers the slightly better pick in my opinion. Confidence Meter: 3

7:15- Atlanta Braves: In what should be a great pitcher’s duel Jeff Locke and the Pirates take on Mike Minor and the Braves. The Braves won last night as Pittsburgh’s offensive woes continued as they were only able to score twice. The Braves’ Minor has been excellent at home and should be able to get a win for Atlanta at home where they are 19-7. Confidence Meter: 5

8:05- Oklahoma wins by 3 runs or more: OU has dominated this Women’s college World Series and looks to get a win in this one tonight. I hate giving runs, but these ladies are close to home and playing to well to pick against. Confidence Meter: 4

8:10- Baltimore Orioles: The Astros are coming off a four-game sweep of the Angels and have won five in a row as they return home to host the Orioles. Lucas Harrell has struggled lately and the Orioles bats have been heating up so I think the Orioles are clearly the pick. However, I don’t think it should be nearly as lopsided as it is (99.4% on Baltimore right now), and I don’t think they’re even the best pick in this timeslot as you’ll see. Confidence Meter: 6

8:10- Oakland Athletics: the A’s are 8-3 in their last 11 games and have won 15 of 17 overall. The Brewers, on the other hand, have dropped eight of ten overall and five in a row at Miller Park. The Brewers hope Kyle Lohse can serve as stopper, but he’s been struggling lately losing five straight decisions and fallint to 1-6 on the season. His last two starts he’s allowed 10 runs in 10 2/3 innings, and the A’s locked-in offense looks to continue his struggles tonight. I think they’re the better pick in the 8:00 window and the best pick of the day on a day with many tricky picks. Confidence Meter: 7

9:10- Los Angeles Kings: The Kings are a much better team at home and are still the champs. Anyone who thinks this series is over must not have watched LA in the playoffs the last two years. Confidence Meter: 5

9:11- 35 or more or no goalscorer in 1st period: This prop is for the jersey number of the first goalscorer in the first period. It’s a creative option, but not one to be confident in. Confidence Meter: 3

10:10- Seattle Mariners: In another good pitching matcup the Mariners send King Felix to the bump to take on Jake Peavy of the White Sox. Chicago’s offense has been struggling and Hernandez looked back to his old self in his last start. On the mound for Chicago, Peavy has been good this year but not in his last start giving up six runs in a loss to the Cubs. The White Sox have lost seven in a row. Confidence Meter: 6
