The NBA Draft spices up tonight’s Streak for the Cash board along with the usual options from Major League Baseball. Before we get to those picks tonight, there are soccer and tennis picks this morning and afternoon along with picks from the PGA Tour and afternoon baseball. Here’s a quick look at the picks I’m watching today.

6/27 Picks

8:10- 9 Games or Fewer: Juan Martin Del Potro faces Jesse Levine for the first time in the last five years. In their two previous meetings Del Potro has won all four sets with only one going longer than nine games. In his last match Del Potro won 6-2, 7-5, 6-1. Levine struggled in his first round match, but advanced when Guido Pella retired. Confidence Meter: (out of 10)

12:27- Jason Day or Tie: I previewed both Day and his opponent Adam Scott in my fantasy picks for the tournament. Both should have solid weeks in Bethesda, but I’d give the slight edge to Day especially getting the tie. Confidence Meter: 5

1:00- US U20 win or draw: The US U20 team is 0-1-1 after an impressive 1-1 tie against France. France beat Ghana 3-1, so getting the tie here makes the US a very nice pick. Confidence Meter: 6

1:08- Detroit Tigers: Doug Fister had been pitching great before his last start when the Red Sox knocked him around. Jered Weaver has struggled since returning from the DL, and the Angels have been pretty bad (15-20) on the road. Detroit is 26-15 at home and I think they’ll win this one. Confidence Meter: 4

3:00- Any Other Result: Spain is really good, but are they good enough to beat the Italians by three? I think they’ll win, but its a lot of goals to give. Confidence Meter: 3

6:10- Colorado Rockies: Tyler Chatwood has been solid since being called up for Colorado and gets the start tonight against Jeremy Hefner and the Mets. Hefner had a rough start but had been much better lately. Confidence Meter: 4

7:30- Any Other Result: The NBA Draft should be an exciting one this year with plenty of uncertainty at the top. There are trade rumors and lots of possibilities besides the Noel, Oladipo, Porter top three. Confidence Meter: 7

7:31- Kelly Olynyk: Olynyk faces Mason Plumlee in this prop. Both should be around the middle of round 1, so hopefully the prop lock gets pushed back. The uncertainty of the draft this year makes the rest of these coin-flips. Confidence Meter: 3

8:00- ACC or Big Ten: These props can change throughout the night so stay plugged into twitter and ESPN for the latest on who could be going where. Confidence Meter: 2 1/2

8:10- Minnesota Twins: Samuel Deduno fared well against the Royals in his first start against them, but Jeremy Guthrie has been getting hammered for the Royals. Minnesota’s big hitters have good histories against him, and they’ll be at home making them a solid option. Confidence Meter: 4

8:25- Yes SEC player picked 10-13: The result here depends on Kentavious Caldwell-Pope. If he’s on the board after nine, he’ll go 10-13. If he goes earlier, there isn’t expected to be another SEC player taken. Confidence Meter: 3

9:00- Yes 2+ ACC players picked 18-25: There are three ACC possibilities here with Shane Larkin, Reggie Bullock, and Mason Plumee expected to be in this area of the draft. If all three are on the board into #18 I think at least 2 should go. Confidence Meter: 5
