Fantasy basketball owners who have Atlanta Hawks forward Paul Millsap in their lineups will have to make some adjustments Wednesday night.

Millsap is officially out Wednesday night with a knee injury when the Hawks take on the Portland Trail Blazers.

Millsap’s knee contusion will result in a fifth consecutive absence, leaving Mike Scott to man the four once again. However, because he has joined the Hawks on their current five-game West Coast swing, a return may occur in the near future.

Not having Millsap in the lineup means that you are missing 17.6 points, 8.3 rebounds and 1.1 blocks from your lineup.

Mike Scott is an intriguing option for fantasy owners tonight.

While he has only averaged 9.8 points and 3.7 rebounds on the season, when given the opportunity for more minutes, he typically fares pretty well.

He went for 20 points and five rebounds Sunday night, getting 40 minutes against the Phoenix Suns.

In addition to Scott, Elton Brand is also an option as he will be in the starting lineup tonight as well.

Brand has averaged over eight points and eight rebounds per game over his past three games, so if you are in search of some cheap rebounds, Brand could be a cheap option.

Either way, I like LaMarcus Aldridge and the rest of the Blazers bigs to have very good night’s against a thin Atlanta frontcourt that is also without Gustavo Ayon for the rest of the season.
