Houston Texans vs Atlanta Falcons
- Julio Jones played, and only managed to catch one of his four targets for 29 yards. There is absolutely no reason to panic yet, but keep tabs on him to see how he further progresses from his return from injury.
- Devonta Freeman continues to fight to move up the depth chart. Freeman ended with 31 yards on six carries, and was the most impressive back on the Falcons’ side.
- Ryan Fitzpatrick bounced back from his disastrous preseason opener, going 9 of 12 for 97 yards and a touchdown. Hopefully Fitzpatrick can carry this momentum to the next game, as it was not so impressive due to the fact that this Falcons defense let Ryan Tannehill carve them up.
- Jonathan Grimes is the handcuff to own for all Arian Foster owners. Grimes was impressive, finishing with 42 yards on nine carries and 25 yards on three receptions. Hopefully this is a sign that Foster will be getting his fair share of targets this upcoming season, which would give him a slight boost in PPR leagues.
