Tennessee Titans vs Atlanta Falcons
- Julio Jones is back. He only caught two of his five targets, but finished with 63 yards and a touchdown. Jones would have had a better line had Matt Ryan not overthrown him on a deep bomb that would have been good for another touchdown. Don’t hesitate to draft Jones. There doesn’t seem to be any after effects of his surgery.
- Matt Ryan ended his night going 18 of 23 for 234 yards and two touchdowns. A bounce back year for Ryan is on the way as long as his receivers stay healthy. I think he is still being undervalued. I have a feeling he will put up great numbers this season.
- Devonta Freeman was number three on the depth chart, and could be an afterthought this season. As great as he has been these past few weeks, he still fails at pass protection and will not see much playing time, even if Steven Jackson were to get hurt.
- Bishop Sankey saw no first half action, but was the better runner last night. He ended his night with 44 yards on 16 carries and one touchdown. He was much better than Shonn Greene, and should see his reps increase. Even still, he is nothing more than a flex play at this point.
