Here is the final Mock draft of Round one as the Nationals are on the clock at 5:40 PM ET on the MLB Network and MLB.com:
 
1. Washington Nationals- Stephen Strasburg, RHP,  San Diego State: As we have been saying all along, this is a no brainer.
