20. Zamir White, Las Vegas Raiders

Age: 24
2023 rank: 57
Projected offensive line rank: 5
Quarterback: Gardner Minshew, Aidan O'Connell

Without Josh Jacobs on the roster, White is expected to take over as the starter in Las Vegas after two encouraging seasons as the backup. Though he has yet to prove himself in a featured role, White is still just 24 and is just two years removed from being one of the most explosive prospects of the 2022 NFL Draft. Given the cloudy quarterback situation with Aidan O'Connell and Gardner Minshew engaging in a lackluster positional battle, the window of opportunity will be wide open for White in 2024.

19. D'Andre Swift, Chicago Bears

Age: 25
2023 rank: 23
Projected offensive line rank: 17
Quarterback: Caleb Williams, Tyson Bagent

Swift got off to a quick start in 2023 before tapering off to end the year as the RB23 in standard leagues. The offensive situation will be worse for Swift in Chicago than it was in Philadelphia but his ceiling could be higher in 2024 as a receiver and goal-line back without the "Tush Push" in his way. On the heels of his first 1,000-yard season, Swift will begin the year with a firm step ahead of Roschon Johnson and Khalil Herbert but even one bad week could push him into a dreaded timeshare.

18. Nick Chubb, Cleveland Browns

Age: 28
2023 rank: NA
Projected offensive line rank: 6
Quarterback: DeShaun Watson, Jameis Winston

Four straight years of fantasy dominance were snapped in 2023 when Chubb went down with one of the worst injuries of the year in Week 2. Entering his age-28 season, the injury will be a major concern but returning to even 80 percent of his old form could be enough to finish in the top 10 behind Cleveland's dominant offensive line. ACL tears, however, have been historically damning for running backs, thus lowering his ceiling considerably in 2024.

17. Tony Pollard, Tennessee Titans

Age: 27
2023 rank: 18
Projected offensive line rank: 21
Quarterback: Will Levis, Mason Rudolph

Pollard was disappointing in his first full season as the starter in Dallas but gets a fresh coat of paint in his sixth year with Tennessee. The offensive landscape in Tennessee is not as bright as Dallas but for the first time in a while, the Titans have hope for the future with Will Levis and new offensive coordinator Nick Holz. Pollard will likely not see as many carries in Nashville but if Levis elevates the offense to the level that he will be expected to, whe has a good shot to top 1,000 yards for the third consecutive season.

16. Kenneth Walker III, Seattle Seahawks

Age: 23
2023 rank: 16
Projected offensive line rank: 23
Quarterback: Geno Smith, Sam Howell

Despite putting together over 900 rushing yards in each of his first two seasons, the clock may be ticking on Walker's time as the lead back in Seattle. After a solid rookie outing, Walker regressed in 2023 and saw 20 carries in just one game with Zach Charbonnet's role increasing as each week passed. Walker is still firmly ahead of Charbonnet on the depth chart but will play behind a downgraded offensive line in 2024 with Seattle's defense still being their worst side of the ball.
