5 must-start wide receivers for fantasy football in Week 9
By Brandon Ray
1.) Tyreek Hill vs. Kansas City Chiefs
It’s still weird that this game is not a primetime matchup, considering that this will be the first time Dolphins’ wideout Tyreek Hill will face his former team since he was traded last year in the offseason. The Dolphins and the Chiefs are playing in Germany this week for an early battle to kickoff the Sunday games.
The only other wide receiver that comes close to Hill’s production is Eagles’ receiver AJ Brown, and even then there is still a gap. Hill is on his way to having a historic season with Miami, as he already has 61 catches for 1,014 yards and 8 touchdowns. Those are numbers that you usually see from top receivers at the end of the regular season.
Hill has only three games where he did not have double digit targets, and in two out of the three games he was still targeted 9 times. In addition, Hill has recorded over 100 receiving yards in five of the eight games that Miami has played in. Every game this season except against Buffalo, Hill has recorded a receiving touchdown. There is no doubt that Hill will keep this kind of production up going into November, and now there is extra motivation as he looks to help take down his old team.
