Jake Ferguson, Dallas Cowboys

This may seem like a stretch by some as Jake Ferguson, a fourth-round pick last year, only had 19 catches as a rookie. But he has exploded for the Cowboys this year, catching 61 passes for 659 yards and five touchdowns on the season, becoming one of the most surprising players of the year.

In the Cowboys offense, the tight end has always been important. Jay Novacek was a force during the team's 1990s dynasty and Jason Witten became one of the best tight ends in NFL history. Now, Ferguson can follow in those footsteps.

On a team that likes to air it out with CeeDee Lamb, Brandin Cooks and Michael Gallup, Ferguson is going to be able to find some holes in the defense and make some plays. He's also only 24 years old and figures to be a top playmaker for this team for a long time to come.

The best part about Ferguson is that for now, he'll likely still fly under the radar a little bit, meaning that in dynasty leagues, you might be able to work out a trade where you still get him on the cheap. But that won't last long so if you have your eyes on such a move, try and make it before the price goes up too much.
