5 quarterbacks to avoid starting in fantasy football for Week 15

The fantasy football playoffs are about to kick off and there is little room for error if you want to advance to the next round. These five QBs should not be starting for your team unless your options are really bad.

Derek Carr, New Orleans Saints (vs. New York Giants)

Speaking of that Giants-Saints matchup, I'm not crazy about the quarterback on the other side either. While the Saints are No. 8 in fantasy points allowed to QBs this season, the Giants come in at No. 11.

In his first season with the Saints, Derek Carr has had his struggles. In his last five games, he has thrown for over 300 yards just one time. But in two of those games, he hasn't even broken 120 yards.

Carr has thrown just 13 touchdown passes this season and is averaging just 221.5 yards passing per game.

Jordan Love completed 25 passes against the Giants on Monday night but those went for just 218 yards. The Giants are not giving up a lot of downfield passing yardage and that is generally Carr's bread and butter.

Look for Big Blue to hold him to another low-output game statistically.
