Tank Dell is likely falling off of many "sleeper" lists because savvy fantasy players already see the talent — and opportunity — that this guy has.

He plays for a team that is likely going to be bad, with a rookie quarterback, but it's not at all far fetched to say that Dell may be the best wide receiver on the team. Nico Collins, Robert Woods and John Metchie. Dell should see the field early and often.

This catch (video) illustrates why many fantasy players are high on this guy and he is likely going in the mid-second round of most rookie drafts.

The Texans are going to take a bit before they are contenders again, so it may take some time to see this pick completely pan out. But once the team gets rolling with consistent QB play, he is going to be the wide receiver to own on this roster.
