The start of the 2023 NFL regular season is just around the corner and that means fantasy football drafts are ramping up!

Have you had your draft already? If so, hopefully you were able to snag one of these mid-round value picks. If you have yet to have your draft, these are the kinds of players who could be "league winners" based on the round that you take them in.

Here, I am going to be giving you the best mid-round option at each position for this coming season. These are players who will be selected in the fourth round or later of most drafts.

If you are unable to land some of the top players on your board, these are all tremendous fall-back options. Don't sell these players short this season, they could carry you to the championship.

Best Fantasy Football mid-round sleeper picks for 2023

Quarterback- Kirk Cousins, Minnesota Vikings

Kirk Cousins could be outside most top 10 lists at the quarterback position but he plays on an offense that could rely on the pass much more this season with Dalvin Cook no longer in the backfield.

Cousins passed for 4,547 yards last season, the second-most of his career, and 29 touchdowns. He could eclipse those numbers in a Vikings offense that features Justin Jefferson, T.J. Hockenson, K.J, Osborn and first-round pick Jordan Addison.

Fantasy owners are going to grab Patrick Mahomes, Josh Allen, Jalen Hurts, Joe Burrow and Lamar Jackson ahead of Cousins. But if you're one of those owners that likes to wait on the quarterback position until the middle of the draft, you could do a lot worse.

Cousins does not have the fantasy upside that guys like Mahomes and Hurts do, but he is still quite capable of a big game. Plus, he is the one throwing to the best wide receiver in the league at the moment, so the chance of big plays due to that connection are up there too.
