Best Fantasy Football mid-round sleeper picks for 2023

Tight End- Chigoziem Okonkwo, Tennessee Titans

The tight end position is a tough one to evaluate as a fantasy manager. It seems that the list of "elite" tight ends is probably five guys or less so after that, any of them could be considered a good value pick depending on where you get them.

I like Chigoziem Okonkwo from the Titans as a player to see a chance at good volume this season.

As a rookie, Okonkwo caught 32 passes for 450 yards and three touchdowns. With a year already in the team's system, he should be expected to produce at a bigger clip in year two.

Quarterback Ryan Tannehill is going to need some trusted targets. He has DeAndre Hopkins, but this will be their first year together. Treylon Burks is also just a second-year guy and behind that, Okonkwo could easily be the No. 3 option in the passing game.

If you aren't able to select someone like Travis Kelce, Mark Andrews, George Kittle or maybe Hockenson, a guy like Okonkwo would be a nice potential value pick with a lot of upside in the later rounds.
