Best Week 4 DFS bargain plays at each position

Josh Palmer, Los Angeles Chargers ($4000) vs. Las Vegas: There are some great wide receiver plays this week, but taking a more contrarian approach, here are two much further down the list.

The Chargers are going to throw the ball all over the field on the Raiders, especially with Austin Ekeler set to miss another game. Mike Williams is out for the season and though the team will give rookie Quentin Johnston more run, Palmer is the guy who could really take off with Williams out of the lineup.

Palmer caught four passes for 66 yards and a touchdown on seven targets last week. That's with Williams getting hurt during the game. He should get more opportunities this week.

Josh Downs, Indianapolis Colts ($3500) vs. L.A. Rams: The rookie Downs is really starting to come on and last week in the upset of the Baltimore Ravens, he was targeted 12 times in the passing game, catching eight passes.

Anthony Richardson will return to the lineup this week but if he was paying attention during film study this week with backup QB Gardner Minshew, then he likely realizes Downs needs to be a big part of the game plan.
