Best Week 4 DFS bargain plays at each position

Los Angeles Chargers ($3100) vs. Las Vegas: My suggestion is always to spend as little as you can on a defense while finding one that could have a big day and this week, that's easily the Chargers.

With Raiders quarterback Jimmy Garoppolo being ruled out due to a concussion, the Raiders will either be starting journeyman Brian Hoyer or rookie Aidan O'Connell, who has been inactive for each of the team's first three games.

The Chargers could have a big day taking advantage of that against a team that hasn't been great with Garoppolo. Outside of Davante Adams, there isn't much to worry about.

Look for the Chargers to create some turnovers and hold the Raiders under 20 points in this game, even without Joey Bosa and Derwin James.
