Joe Mixon, Cincinnati Bengals

Joe Mixon has been a model of consistency in Cincinnati as aside from the 2020 season, he has played in nearly every game for the team.

He didn't do anything in 2023 to show that he is declining, rushing for 1,034 yards and nine touchdowns while also catching 52 passes for 376 yards and three more scores. There were seevral games where he was the best player on the Bengals' roster this year.

But he will turn 28 years old in July and the Bengals have an exciting young running back in Chase Brown who they will likely want to get more involved on offense next season.

Mixon still has productive years left and he is entering the final year of his contract. The Bengals are sitting pretty in terms of salary cap space as only four teams currently have more money to spend, according to Over the Cap.

But this could easily be Mixon's last season in Cincinnati. The team could start to transition to Brown slowly and could even add another young running back into the mix. With that kind of uncertainty surrounding Mixon, it wouldn't be a terrible idea to look to cash in on his consistency now, before things dramatically change.
