The onset of college football gives dynasty football owners a chance to evaluate potential future additions to their fantasy team. We are already seeing early returns from last year's class - from consensus top pick Bijan Robinson to the likes of Jordan Addison, Zay Flowers, and Jahmyr Gibbs. This year sees two elite prospects that are both eligible for the 2024 NFL draft in Ohio State's Marvin Harrison Jr and USC's Caleb Williams. Below is an early look at a sample rookie mock draft for traditional 12-team dynasty single QB leagues.

1.01 WR Marvin Harrison Jr. Ohio State

Looking for this year's Bijan? Look no further than OSU WR Marvin Harrison Jr, who many scouts believe is the best Ohio State WR to come out in years, including recent NFL players Chris Olave, Drake London, and Jaxon Smith-Njigba. Harrison, an early frontrunner for this year's Biletnikoff Award, combines elite 4.3 speed with fluidity in routes and an insane catch radius. He will likely be the top pick in any traditional dynasty league and would be top 3 in superflex leagues as well.

1.02 QB Caleb Williams USC

Caleb Williams has a chance this year to be the first repeat Heisman Trophy winner since Archie Griffin in 1974 and 1975. Many NFL scouts compare his mobility and ability to throw on the run to none other than Patrick Mahomes himself. Williams is a dream top overall target in superflex leagues and likely will come off the board soon after Harrison in traditional dynasty formats.

1.03 TE Brock Bowers Georgia

2024 may have the best quarterback, wide receiver, and tight end prospects at their respective positions over the past decade all rolled into one draft class. As the NFL moves more towards spread offenses and running back committees, Bowers was Georgia's first Mackey Award winner in 2022 and could take home that trophy again this year.

1.04 WR Keon Coleman FSU

Keon Coleman transferred to FSU after a standout sophomore year at Michigan St. Coleman started off his FSU career with a bang versus LSU, with 9 catches for 122 yards and 3 TD's. Coleman leads a deep group of quality wide receivers in the 2024 draft class.

1.05 WR Malik Nabors LSU

Malik Nabors will be challenging Coleman for WR2 in this year's draft class behind Marvin Harrison Jr. Nabors recently had a ridiculous line of 13 catches and 239 yards in his 2023 SEC debut versus Mississippi State, a school he was originally committed to before flipping to LSU. Nabors shows immense route-running skills combined with ample run-after-the-catch potential.
