Pinstripe Bowl

Xavier Restrepo, WR, Miami: This is the most intriguing player at a skill position in the Pinstripe Bowl and he is one that likely earned himself being selected in the draft with a strong season. Restrepo leads the Hurricanes with 74 catches for 993 yards and five touchdowns this season.

The Hurricanes remain a big school in the NCAA landscape and there will be other players that could pop as this game is played, so it is worth the watch. Keep a keen eye on Restrepo, however.

Pop-Tarts Bowl

Brennan Armstrong, QB, North Carolina State: An experienced QB of over 50 college games, the former Virginia Cavalier Armstrong is in his first season with the Wolfpack. He has over 10,000 career passing yards with 69 touchdowns. He is likely not much more than a developmental guy with backup potential at the next level but you can never know about enough prospects in the better dynasty leagues.

Ben Sinnott, TE, Kansas State: Sinnott is one of the more consistent players on the Wildcats roster and he is enjoying his best season so far, catching 49 passes on the season. A capable blocker and an asset in the passing game, he could be a terrific chess piece in the right offensive system at the next level.
