Buy: Kyren Williams, Los Angeles Rams

Kyren Williams is currently on injured reserve nursing an ankle injury but dynasty leagues are always marathons, not sprints and he was one of the best stories of the early fantasy season.

Williams has already rushed for 456 yards and six touchdowns this season and he added another through the air. But as a player who is still just 23 years old, his long-term projection in this offense is still quite good, mainly because the team doesn't have much depth at the position.

If you can get an impatient owner to trade him away for a reasonable price, he will pay dividends this season and into the future.

Sell: AJ Dillon, Green Bay Packers

AJ Dillon is a player that fantasy players have been waiting to see take off for some time now and it's looking less and less likely that he ever will. He's a good No. 2 option, but that's really all he is.

When Aaron Jones is out and he gets the lion's share of the carries, he actually plays worse, showing that he likely won't ever be a No. 1 running back. But if you have an owner in your league who still believes he can be, send him there.

Dillon is averaging just 3.1 yards per carry this season and has rushed for just one touchdown.
