Fantasy Football: 5 players who impressed in Week 10
By Brandon Ray
With Week 10 about to wrap up, there were a good amount of close games with a few one-sided victories. There were nine games that were a touchdown or less apart with five of those games coming down to game-winning field goals. Then there were three games that ended by a team winning by double digit points (including one team only managing to score a field goal).
Week 10 wraps up in Buffalo with the Bills and the Denver Broncos battling it out. There were five players who either shined once again or had a tremendous game that brought up their fantasy stock heading into Week 11.
Here are the five players who impressed the most in Week 10 for fantasy football.
5.) Mike Evans vs. Tennessee Titans
The Tampa Bay Buccaneers hosted the Tennessee Titans in which it was quarterback Baker Mayfield making a great impact, throwing for 278 yards and 2 touchdowns and adding on an interception. However, Mayfield probably would not have had the game he did without the presence of wideout Mike Evans. He had been somewhat quiet the last two weeks, but not against the Titans.
Evans was targeted 10 times and brought in 6 catches for 143 yards and a score. He was the team's leading recevier of the day. Evans has only been limited to single digit fantasy points twice this season and this was the second time this year Evans has gone north of 100 receiving yards.
Evans had a favorable matchup this week, but now faces a tough challenge next week in San Francisco.
