Week 15 is upon us and that means the playoffs for most leagues. Playing the wrong running back this week could be the difference between you moving on or you watching your league mate be one game from a fantasy football championship. I am going to look at 5 running backs that could disappoint in week 15.

Brian Robinson vs. Rams

Brian Robinson has been on a downward trajectory since his big weeks against the Seahawks and the Giants in Week 10 and 11. In Week 12 he only scored 8.4 points against the Cowboys and in Week 13 5.3 points against the Dolphins. I do not see Brian Robinson doing anything crazy this week against the Rams. They have one of the better run defenses in the league.

Currently the Rams defense ranks as the 9th best against the run. They are giving up an average of 85.62 rushing yards a game and .38 touchdowns a game to running backs. The Rams allow an average of 4.23 receptions per game, 20.31 receiving yards a game, and .08 receiving touchdowns to running backs. Overall, they allow an average of 12.77 fantasy points to running backs this year. If you have someone with a better matchup I would start them over Brian Robinson as he could disappoint in week 15.
