The fantasy football season is nearing its end and if you are still alive in your league, these players should be a lot better than they were last week.

Week 15 of the fantasy football season saw some big disappointments.

If you didn't lose in the fantasy playoffs due to Dak Prescott underperforming, Ja'Marr Chase, Michael Pittman or Zack Moss leaving with injuries, or Geno Smith's late scratch, then maybe one of the guys on this list did you in.

But if you managed to survive for another week to compete for a championship, one of these guys could be the reason you win it all. That's just how fantasy football works.

Each of these players should be much better this week than they were last.

QB: Jalen Hurts, Philadelphia Eagles (vs. N.Y. Giants)

Jalen Hurts is slumping. The Philadelphia Eagles are slumping. The city of Brotherly Love is having fits.

Leading up to the Eagles' Monday night game against the Seattle Seahawks, Hurts' playing status was iffy. He ended up suiting up, but he didn't have a great game. He threw for just 143 yards and threw two picks. He did score points with his feet, rushing for 82 yards and two touchdowns, but you expect more from him.

After a tough loss to Seattle, Hurts had some surprising words when addressing his team.

The Eagles have lost three games in a row. Hurts is going to have a point to prove in this game and the Giants are a good opponent to make an example out of. I would look for an Eagles explosion in this game.
