Fantasy Football Panic Meter: Quarterback

Kyler Murray, Arizona Cardinals: Kyler Murray tore his ACL late in the 2022 season and could be out for a large portion of the 2023 season, where he will start on the PUP list. Though that only requires him to miss the first four games, there is a chance he won't play at all this year.

Panic Meter: 7

In dynasty league startups last year, particularly those with superflex rules, Murray was a top-10 pick. If you made that pick, I hope you have found a way to unload Murray and if you haven't, I would strongly encourage doing so.

The Cardinals are a bad football team. As in, bad enough to have the No. 1 overall pick in next year's draft bad. If that happens, they will select Caleb Williams with that choice (if he comes out) and Murray will be replaced and looking for a new home.

With all of the uncertainty regarding Murray's future, I wouldn't want anything to do with it.
