#2. Los Angeles Rams RB Kyren Williams, ESPN Ownership: 60.7 percent

Rams running back Kyren Williams was already added in 50.4 percent of ESPN fantasy football leagues last week, bringing his total ownership up to 60.7 percent. After a 28-point effort against a tough San Francisco 49ers team, that number should skyrocket again.

Yes, the second-year pro is available in less than half of ESPN leagues, but that's still a significant number. Incumbent starter Cam Akers appears to no longer be in the fold - again - and Williams' production and workload makes him a low-end RB1.

If the Notre Dame product is available, he should be your No. 1 target on the waiver wire this week no matter what. If not, he's a worthy trade target, and one you should be willing to expend assets for. There are plenty of serviceable receivers out there, but the same cannot be said for running backs. Fantasy football has always been this way, and even though there's been a shift towards elite receivers this year, your team is only as good as its weakest link.
