Wide Receiver

Week 10 Must-Start: D.K. Metcalf, Seattle Seahawks (vs. Washington)

Metcalf is in dire need of a breakout game and we are going to predict that it comes here in the familiar confines of Seattle against a Washington Commanders defense that ranks 27th against the pass coming into this game.

Metcalf has gone over 100 yards receiving just once and he is coming off of a game in which he caught just one pass on four targets. Look for Geno Smith to target his No. 1 guy early and often in this game and for Metcalf to finally put up a big game for his fantasy owners.

Week 10 Must-Sit: Zay Flowers, Baltimore Ravens (vs. Cleveland)

As stated, this is not going to be a game that features offense.

Zay Flowers is still looking for his first career 100-yard receiving game and he has scored just one touchdown. None of that is going to change in this game against a Browns defense that ranks No. 1 in the league against the pass.

After having just one catch last week, it shouldn't be too hard to sit Flowers anyway.
