It is Week 16 of the NFL season, meaning it is do-or-die time for fantasy football managers still alive in their respective leagues.

Fantasy football is full of surprises. So, managers need to expect the unexpected, as illustrated by Yahoo Fantasy’s player standings over the last three weeks. All the research we put into assembling our teams before the season can be thrown out the window at this point as fantasy managers do what they need to do to survive and advance. With that in mind, be sure to include these players in your fantasy football lineups with a trip to your league’s championship at stake.

Here is one QB, RB, WR, and TE who are primed for huge Week 16 fantasy football performances

QB: Baker Mayfield, Tampa Bay Buccaneers

Baker Mayfield is coming off what may have been the best game of his career in the Bucs Week 15 win over the Packers. Mayfield completed 22 of his 28 pass attempts for 381 yards and four touchdown passes to help the Bucs stay atop the NFC South standings. Now, he gets a Jaguars defense that ranks 29th in opponent passing yards per game allowed (256.6) and 26th in opponent passing touchdowns allowed per game (1.6) in Week 16.

Mayfield has been playing well in recent weeks, throwing multiple touchdown passes in three of his past four games. In that span, Mayfield has been the QB12 on a per-game basis, which is good for fringe QB1 value. With the Bucs jostling for a playoff position and a divisional title, Mayfield will need to continue slinging the ball.

Per FantasyPros, the Jaguars have allowed the second-most passing touchdowns and second-highest yards per pass attempt since Week 10, meaning this is a tailor-made matchup for Mayfield and his connection with stud wide receiver Mike Evans, who seemingly catches a long touchdown every week (the two have connected for a touchdown in seven of their last nine games).

Finishing Week 16 as a top-five quarterback in fantasy football is within the realm of possibilities for Mayfield given his recent form and opportunistic matchup against a helpless Jaguars secondary.
