Gardner Minshew, QB, Indianapolis Colts

Minshew went into his Week 11 bye on a low note, with less than 200 passing yards and an interception against the New England Patriots. But over his first four starts this season (Week 6-9), he was QB11 in fantasy (QB7 from Week 6-8). Wide receiver Josh Downs was notably banged up for a couple games heading into the bye, so the week off surely helped him.

According to Pro Football Focus' strength of schedule metric heading into Week 11, Minshew had the best schedule for a quarterback over the rest of the season. From Week 12-17 he gets the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Tennessee Titans, Cincinnati Bengals, Pittsburgh Steelers, Atlanta Falcons and Las Vegas Raiders.

Minshew might not be the most aesthetically pleasing quarterback to have on a fantasy roster, and a three-interception game always lurks around the corner. But as a bye week or injury fill-in from here on out, there are far worse ways to go.
