Fantasy Football: Playing the waiver wire in Week 15

Josh Jacobs left the Week 14 game against the Minnesota Vikings in the fourth quarter with a knee injury, and he did not return. White stepped in for five snaps, with Ameer Abdullah as the clear passing situation back over what little remained of the game.

The Raiders now have a short week before taking on the Los Angeles Chargers in Week 15. It's also a fantastic matchup for running backs, and Jacobs may have a hard time being able to play. If he can go, he feels sure to be limited.

Jacobs' prognosis will totally drive White's fantasy appeal, for Week 15 or potentially beyond. And even then he's really only a flex option, with little or no passing game role likely. But we're at the time of year where running backs with any potential value are on the waiver wire radar, and White is there now.
