Fantasy Football: Week 2 buy and sell candidates

One week into the NFL and Fantasy Football season and it's time to overreact. If you lost in Week 1, you're likely already wondering what is wrong with your team. Sometimes, the best move is to stay the course and make the right move at the right time, rather than jumping on the first one that comes up.

Kyren Williams, Puka Nacua, Los Angeles Rams: Buy

One of the more surprising results from Week 1 was the Los Angeles Rams' 17-point victory over the Seattle Seahawks. Two of the biggest reasons for that were young players Kyren Williams and Puka Nacua.

This is not going to be a one-week thing for these players and I predict that both of them will get better gradually as the season progresses. Rams head coach Sean McVay is one of the best offensive minds in the NFL and he clearly believes in both of these guys.

Though Cam Akers is going to be considered the Rams' starting running back, at least for now, Williams did much more with less on Sunday. Akers carried the ball 22 times for just 29 yards, a measly 1.3 yards per carry. Williams gained 52 yards on 15 carries, a 3.5-yard average, and he found the end zone twice.

It might seem hard to believe, but Williams is going to be the Rams running back to own this season, not Akers.

As for Nacua, the sky could be the limit for him. He is going to have that Cooper Kupp role on the team as long as Kupp remains on injured reserve but even when Kupp returns, he is still going to have a role on this time. He is a sneaky pick to have one of the best rookie seasons in the entire league this year.
