#1. Rondale Moore (ADP - 137.6, WR50)

Rondale Moore has always had the talent to produce more than he has, but injuries and poor QB play have limited him to under 1,000 scrimmage yards through the first two years of his career. The Arizona Cardinals' injured signal caller Kyler Murray played rather poorly last year, throwing just 14 touchdowns in 11 starts. Moore will instead find himself running routes for journeyman Colt McCoy as long as Murray is out, which might be a good thing.

Moore played in just seven full games in 2022, but was wildly productive when he got going. From weeks 8-10, the 23 year old went on a tear, scoring 56.7 points on 26 touches. Moore also caught 6 or more passes in five different games last year, which means his target floor should be strong enough to sustain WR3/flex production over a full season's worth of work.

With Deandre Hopkins now out of the picture, Moore's only competition for targets will be veteran tight end Zach Ertz and ex-Baltimore Raven Hollywood Brown. James Conner has never topped 1,000 rushing yards in a season, and that means Moore is going to be primed for a chain-moving role as the go-to underneath target. The 5-foot-7 receiver has scored just once in each of his two seasons in the NFL, but with improved health and a larger target share, Moore is in for a career year in pretty much every major statistical category.
