Josh Allen's Fantasy Football Dominance: Here's why he'll score big in Week 14
By Brandon Ray
1.) The pressure is on for the Bills moving forward
After their sixth loss two weeks ago, the Bills cannot make mistakes if they want to get a shot at making the playoffs. They have dug themselves a hole and are looking to crawl back up into the playoff picture.
They already have losses on the season to teams like the Jaguars, Bengals, and Broncos, all whom own the tiebreaker over the Bills. They cannot afford another loss within the conference, especially a team that has already knocked them out of the playoffs in back-to-back seasons in 2020 and 2021.
The Bills the last three seasons have responded well to pressure after the bye week and have played their best football. They will need to do so again but with the most pressure that they have faced since Allen was drafted back in 2018. Allen will be looking to get the ball in his hands and make huge plays to keep the offense in it and compete in a back-and-forth battle with Mahomes and the Chiefs.
When these two quarterbacks face off, you can expect the ball to be thrown more than the run. Look for Allen to chuck the ball down the field or utilize his legs to keep the Bills in the game, which puts him in a position to rack up fantasy points.
