Running Backs to Avoid
All starting running backs (including the two in Miami) have solid matchups on paper, are well-priced, and, more importantly, have defined roles in their respective offense. Even Jerome Ford ($5,500) on Cleveland, the most affordable starting running back on the day’s slate, has the potential to be active in the pass-catching game and see opportunities in the red zone.
I would not mind placing any of them in my lineup.
Wide Receivers to Avoid
Jaylen Waddle ($6,500)
I do not mind the pricing. Instead, I am more worried about the weather and their quarterback. Waddle has sat out the previous two games and will most likely be a game-time decision leading up to Saturday’s matchup. Tagovailoa struggled against this defense earlier in the season and could very well again, especially now that weather is a factor.
