The 32 Fantasy Football MVPs for each NFL team in 2023
By Derek Hryn
Seattle Seahawks - DK Metcalf
After a hugely successful year with Geno Smith as his quarterback, DK Metcalf may see target volume fluctuate, but remains Seattle's undisputed top receiver. Expect more high-value touchdowns in his fifth season with the Seahawks.
Tampa Bay Buccaneers - Rachaad White
While it was Tom Brady who helped White become fantasy relevant in 2022, there’s no question about how talented the second-year RB is in Tampa Bay’s backfield. With Baker Mayfield stepping in this season, look for White to topple his rookie fantasy numbers of 139.1 (8.2 PPR points per game).
Tennessee Titans - Derrick Henry
They call him “KING” for a reason. Truly the most valuable player on the Tennessee Titans, Derrick Henry offers arguably the highest rushing floor of any back. He's a workhorse with not much competition for carries from the players behind him on the depth chart, and TD machine. He’s recorded double digits of the latter for the last five seasons.
Washington Commanders - Brian Robinson
Robinson Jr. became one of the NFL’s most inspirational stories in 2022. After being shot multiple times in an attempted robbery before the season, he ran for 797 yards and two touchdowns despite making just 12 appearances. He added nine receptions for 60 yards and another score. Aside from splitting the occasional open-field work with Antonio Gibson and rookie Chris Rodriguez Jr. He’ll be touchdown-dependent on most weeks, but could potentially be immovable from the top 12 RBs in fantasy for 2023.
