How will the Raiders look minus McDaniels?

Following a poor performance against the Detroit Lions on Monday night, the Las Vegas Raiders chose to part ways with head coach Josh McDaniels. Most of the players on the team seem to support this move, but how will that translate to success on the field?

Former NFL linebacker Antonio Pierce has been named the team's interim head coach and one move the new regime has already announced is that Jimmy Garoppolo has been benched and rookie Aidan O'Connell has been named the new starting QB.

This move actually makes sense because Garoppolo has not played well, but more importantly, he's not the future of this team. Is O'Connell that guy? That's what the team intends to start finding out, and he is a guy who can stand in there and sling it from where I sit.

Fantasy owners are most interested in how it will impact Davante Adams, who has had a down season to this point due to the team's poor play.
