New York Jets

Everyone was trying to be the smartest person in the room to start the Jets against the Bills. Josh Allen has been horrible against the Jets for the last two years and the Jets defense scored 20 points in week 1 while beating the Bills (even with Aaron Rodgers going down on the first play of the game). In fact, the Jets are the 7th best Fantasy defense in the league right now. And Josh Allen leads the league in interceptions.

However, the Bills' backs are against the wall, fighting for a playoff spot and Allen showed up. Allen threw for 275 yards, three touchdowns, and ran for 15 yards to give Buffalo 32 points. The Jets had one pick (Allen won't be denied) but the Jets wound up with 2 points.

It feels like the Jets ranking is riding high on that 20-point effort in Week 1 and their 18-point game against the Broncos in Week 5. Though I give them credit for an 11-point game in a winning effort against Philadelphia, the Jets D gets sliced and diced by most good quarterbacks including Allen, Dak Prescott, Patrick Mahomes, and Justin Herbert. Next week is against Tua and Miami which is probably not going to go well. Bench the Jets.
