Week 12 flops for fantasy football and how it impacts Week 13

Trustworthy tight ends are tough to find outside of Travis Kelce, Mark Andrews, and TJ Hockenson. Dalton Kincaid and Cole Kmet have really showed up for the Bills and Bears, but most have not caught on to the fact that Dalton Schultz has also been excellent.

Schultz is the TE8 for the season and has scored more than 11 points in six of the last seven games. Like a good tight end, his floor seemed inescapable, and you just knew that CJ Stroud was going to air it out against Trevor Lawrence. Stroud did air it out to the tune of 304 yards and Schultz was the recipient of just two of those yards. Schultz' 1.2 points was easily his worst of the season.

The Broncos have been a tough opponent as of late and I expect Stroud will need to lean on his veteran tight end to help clear a tough challenge. Schultz will be back to double digits next week; this was a Blip.
